**Job Purpose**

Were currently searching for a Warehouse Supervisor. This individual must have experience in leading teams and complex processes at our regional location(s). This position must manage day to day operations for all Inbound and Outbound. Responsible for supervising all warehouse activities in receiving, picking and shipping of customer products. Duties Including, but not limited to domestic and international shipping, assisting with inventory control functions/projects, receipt initiatives, department development and continuous improvement initiatives.

This Warehouse Supervisor role will be based out of Hebron, KY.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

* Lead warehouse processes and provide reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to upper management

* Monitor performance, provide feed-back to management and employees

* Support the performance management processes of the organization

* Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the teams to cascade messages through the assigned functional area of responsibility

* Collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external business partner

* Conduct, oversee and provide guidance regularly during cycle counts

* Ensure daily syncs for inventory are occurring

* Creation of SOP and WI for standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

* Escalate issues immediately to upper management

* Ensure that SLAs are being met by the 3PL

* Review of tickets and claims with 3PL

* Support 5S initiatives

* Communication receipt issues regarding suppliers not adhering to VRG

* Participate and coordinate weekly calls with stakeholders

* Conduct training based on business requirements

* Work jointly with all team members

* Perform audits of both processes and outputs from both shipping and receiving

* Oversee and implement process changes with both internal and external customers and systems

* Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area

* Follow all safety protocols

**Qualifications & Skills Required**

* Associate Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

* 3 years of Supervisory experience preferred

* 3 years of Warehouse experience preferred

* Has practical application of quality concepts such as kaizen/lean six sigma/5S principals

* Interest in continuous learning and desire to stay current on industry trends

* Adaptable / Flexible - open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances

* Organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities

* Knowledge of WMS and ERP

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Proficient in Excel)

**Physical Requirements**

* This position requires frequent sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation

* Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key

* This position will require kneeling, bending, squatting

* Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds

* This position will require work within a warehouse environment kept at a minimum of 55 degrees Fahrenheit

* Ability to travel to site locations as needed
