**Description**

* Ensures product from suppliers is quality inspected and is labeled appropriately.

* Use tablets, RF Scanners and computer software (SAP) for appropriate scanning of product or data entry.

* Report any product damages or discrepancies to Quality department and process returns as appropriate.

* Prepare small parcel product for shipment to include: wrapping/packaging, weighing material and labeling.

* Consolidate orders and assign appropriate staging of product to ensure maximum efficiency in shipping department.

* Work with Logistics department to ensure shipment schedules and procedures are adhered.

* Train new employees in receiving, production or shipping departments.

* Meet or exceed daily production targets.

* Safely drive forklift and maintain valid certification.

* Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

* Maintain a clean and efficient work area to the IEWC standards.

* Regularly seek ways to improve the way we work and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

* Treat all coworkers, customers, and suppliers in a helpful and professional manner.

Qualifications:

* High School graduate (or GED) preferred; a minimum of three years of Material Handler experience preferred.

* Ability to use the basic required company software, tablets, or systems and software. SAP experience preferred.

* Ability to pass the fork lift certification (after IEWC provided training) and maintain licensure for sit down, stand up and order picker fork lifts.

* Ability to meet the physical demands for the job.
