Description

The Customer Data Specialist plays a vital role in managing and analyzing customer data to drive insights and support strategic decision making. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of customer data sets.

This full-time role is based in a Kerecis office and reports to the Digital Transformation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection: Gather customer data from various sources including CRM systems, surveys, feedback forms, and other relevant channels
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update customer information in databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve business strategies
  • Data Cleansing: Regularly review and cleanse customer data to remove duplicates, errors, and outdated information, maintaining data quality standards
  • Reporting: Prepare and generate reports on customer data metrics, performance indicators, and key findings to support business operations and decision-making processes
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to provide data-driven insights and support their initiatives
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding the collection, use, and storage of customer data
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in customer data management to continuously improve processes and systems
  • Miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools preferred
  • Understanding of benefit investigation processes and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or no less than two years of relevant experience
