The primary responsibility of this role is to meet or exceed client expectations related to the fulfilment and support of WorkRocket s unique Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills. The ability to understand and take appropriate actions based upon standard recruiting concepts. Conscientiousness with above average attention to detail. The discipline, reasoning ability, and cognitive skills to assess and prioritize business activities on a daily, weekly, and individual WorkRocket campaign basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using software such as CRM systems and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
