Junior Logistics Coordinator open position is a great opportunity to join Vima Foods.

Within this great journey, we are seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator to help us to drive the business to the next level. Are you this person?
Location: on-site, at our Miami office located in 2121 Ponce de Leon, Coral Gables, Florida (USA).
The challenge that you will face:
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Tracking shipments & timelines.
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Liaising and negotiating with logistics suppliers.
Answering client queries.
Building and maintaining strong relationships between internal and external clients
Monitoring pre-clearance of import and export
The profile that we are looking for:
+2 years of professional experience in similar position
Effective verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish
Desirable experience and knowledge about in FOREIGN AFFAIRS & LOGISTICS.
Desirable experience with LIBRA ERP
Availability to travel (20% of annual working time).
Main Soft Skills: proactive, teamwork, flexible thinking and multitask.
Start-up mindset and desire to face international business challenges.
