Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Business Development at Enouvation, Inc. The Vice President of Business Development will lead and execute the company s business development strategy to achieve revenue growth and build strong client relationships across multiple industries. The individual in this role will oversee and collaborate with a team to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities, develop and present proposals to clients, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in building and growing revenue streams and managing a team
- Experience in strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to understand complex business environments and identify opportunities for growth
