We are looking for a remote Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Manager to join our team to support the Business Process Re-Engineering team.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Responsible for overseeing multiple Delivery Stream Teams as they execute Joint Reengineering mission to include:
    • Ensuring adherence to the methods and conventions set forth in the BPR CoE Playbook and associated operational methods developed to codify Joint Reengineering by the MFCT.
    • Monitoring outputs of Joint Reengineering for effectiveness in implementing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and adjusting methodology in collaboration with MFCT leadership.
    • Provide guidance to Delivery Stream Teams as they develop briefing materials on results to ensure they communicate the 'so what' to both internal and external senior leadership.
    • Serve as the intermediary between Delivery Stream Teams to engage Army BPR Senior SMEs to assist in Joint Reengineering execution
At a minimum you should have:
  • SECRET clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully coordinating multiple execution streams on previous engagements (preferably within DoD).
  • Exceptional communication skills to design and deliver briefing material across operational levels (tactical end-user to strategic senior leader).
  • Extensive background in process engineering/reengineering and its application in transformation efforts.
  • Understanding of all facets of Joint Reengineering to include BPR, Enterprise Architecture, DOTMLFPF-P analysis, and requirements generation to enable the SLDC.
  • Mastery of the role OCM plays in convening large working groups and its role in future process design enabling enterprise-wide adoption.
