Several openings available for Banking Call Center located in North Oklahoma City corporate office campus.
Starting hourly rate is $14.50-$16.50 per hour DOE and Shift
Eligible for monthly bonuses, sign on bonus and anniversary bonus
Currently we are hiring for multiple shifts, Monday through Friday, to include:
7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
**Individuals will also be required to work alternating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m-6:00pm and every third Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm**
Shift differential available for certain hours -an additional $2.00 per hour is paid when you work 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday as well as Saturday's from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and all Sunday hours
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented, contact center environment.
The Customer Service Banker Representatives are responsible for handling a wide variety of calls regarding banking products and services.
You will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.
Requirements: Candidates must possess computer skills, with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service experience to include handling escalated and in-depth, detailed conversations.
Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred.
