Required Skills
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant PM experience to include a minimum of one year direct support to the Sponsor (prefer more than one year of PM experience in support of the Sponsor)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong executive presence
- Excellent communication-oral and written
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, MS SharePoint, and Windows operating system version 10 or later
- Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of:
- - best practices studies
- - business case analysis
- - creative problem solving
- - decision briefing
- - project management processes
- - project activity implementation
- - risk management
- - strategic planning
Desired Skills - PMP and/or PMI-RMP certification (any project management/change management certifications are highly sought after)
- Agile Scrum and JIRA for Agile experience
- Lean Six Sigma- Any Belt
- Electronic workflow and data interface planning proficiency
- Tableau proficiency
- Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of:
- - benchmarking/metrics
- - business planning
- - business process reengineering
- - change management
- - data modeling
- - facilitation
- - organizational assessment
- - organizational restructure/design
- - organizational restructure/implementation
- - transition planning
- - visioning workshop
- Mastery of the English language; strong ability to edit spelling, grammar, punctuation.
