Job Details
Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
- Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
- May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
- Assist with managing security systems upgrades and new installations.
- Assist with data input.
- Coordinate with network systems
- Read engineering drawings for security system design purposes
- Work with IT personnel to troubleshoot and maintain video systems
- Regularly interacts with management.
- May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- BS/MS with 7+ years experience.
- Experience with program/product/process implementation in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical materials, procedures, or government guidelines.
- Familiarity with access control / video systems and can partner with Information Technology to troubleshoot and maintain.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data in technical drawings.
- Self-motivated and begins work tasks without supervision.
- Ability to write, review, and modify written procedures
- Working knowledge of common business software and communication applications: Microsoft Apps., SharePoint, BlueBeam.
