FOH Server - $20.00 an hour! Las Vegas, Las Vegas - General

**Qualifications**

* Preferred: 3-6 months cash operating experience.

* ***Must be able to legally serve alcohol.*** *(Must obtain Alcohol Awareness Card prior to hire.)*

* ***Must have a current & valid Food Handler's card issued by the*** ***.***

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Required: 1 year of recent Customer Service experience.

* Comfortable standing for entire shift.

* Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis.

* Comfortable with operating a cash register.

* Must be comfortable working both independently and with a team.

* Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.

**Job Duties**

* Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly greeting.

* Assist and take guest's orders.

* Employ approved suggestive selling techniques to assist guests who are undecided.

* Operate a cash register.

* Perform side work duties as directed by manager.

* Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.

* Maintain cleanliness of facility.

* Control the food flow from the kitchen to fellow Servers and for Delivery (if applicable).

* Responsible for communicating special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff and Management.

* Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.

* Stock food products, perform side work duties as directed by manager, clean tables and counters in the dining room area, and maintain cleanliness of their work station.

* Verify food for consistency.

* Organize orders for table deployment.

* Make drinks, take orders, clear and clean tables, and ensure work area is clean and orderly.
