Responsible for understanding provider workflow and current processes in place to support risk adjustment accuracy and completeness for Cigna MA and working with market/ PPE teams and provider group to ensure effective and compliant process in place to address gaps in care for Cigna customers. Serve as liaison to share updates with markets/ PPE team on risk adjustment programs and strategy. Serves as strategic advisor for market specific prospective risk adjustment strategy and solutions. Communicates RA program status updates on aligned work to leadership and key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on market and regional level risk adjustment metrics and prospective program performance, which includes identifying areas to improve RA accuracy and completeness and working with markets to build solutions and plans to address.
