We are seeking an exceptional individual to assume the pivotal role of Sales Representative (SR), serving as the linchpin in our expansion efforts and the primary conduit for client engagement. As the Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Industrial Scale Company, tasked with articulating our value proposition to a diverse clientele and cultivating lucrative business opportunities. Your mandate encompasses not only the acquisition of new accounts but also the cultivation of existing partnerships, as you navigate the nuanced landscape of client needs and preferences. Your mission is clear: to champion our offerings with conviction and finesse, leveraging a blend of inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth. Through strategic engagement and meticulous qualification, you will guide clients through the intricacies of our sales process, demonstrating a keen understanding of their unique requirements and aspirations. Central to your role is the cultivation of a robust sales pipeline, characterized by meticulous planning and diligent execution. You will set and surpass ambitious sales targets, employing a blend of tenacity and strategic acumen to capitalize on emerging opportunities and secure profitable deals. In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure and a comprehensive suite of professional development resources. Key Targets and Responsibilities

  • Establish new and build on the existing relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Effectively engage, qualify, and lead clients through the Industrial Scale selling process.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Meet agreed-upon sales and activity targets.
  • Develop and maintain an effective daily plan to engage potential prospects.
  • Answer phones effectively respond to clients and track interactions via CRM.
  • Lead the quote process, for identified product and service opportunities.
  • Establish an effective schedule and work processes to effectively manage responsibilities.


Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

  • BS/BA degree (preferred) - will accept experience instead of education.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in industrial product and service sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects close deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and the ability to grasp technical concepts.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software CRM.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Base Salary $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
  • OTE Target $85,000 to $105,000 year one.
