Job Title: Help Desk Support (Tier 1)

Term: Contract 3 months

Remote Status: Onsite

Hours: 40 hours a week


Top Skills:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting
  • Create tickets and onsite troubleshooting
  • "Smart hands experience" = remote IT support along with experience working with monitors, printers, various hardware, and end user computer support

Responsibilities:

This role is onsite 5 days a week performing Tier 1 Help Desk Support in a hospital setting. They are looking for a resource who is personable and professional with experience creating tickets, remote IT Support, and various hardware experience.
