As an employee of Coolibar you are working to support the company mission to "Protect the World from Sun Damage .
Responsibilities
- Analyze our performance on the following tools to identify growth opportunities:
- Google Ads Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, MTN, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
- Shopify Analytics
- Klaviyo
- Sem Rush or equivalent
- Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Adtomic
- Tableau and Power BI
- Any additional tool necessary to analyze our business
- Either propose some changes and fixes to existing programs for better performance or propose new strategies and programs. For example:
- Identify the customer journey drop points and propose some fixes on Shopify pages
- Define and launch our loyalty program
- Redefine email segmentation and reach to improve revenue
- Verify SEO positions and propose a plan for semantic changes
- Work with Chief Brand Officer to build a roadmap of strategies, tactics, and programs either new or fixes based on business impacts, priorities, resources and budgets
- Work with eCommerce team members to implement these strategies, tactics, and programs
- Ultimate goals are to increase the top revenue and gross margin.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor s Degree required
- 5 years minimum related work experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related role is required
- Prior experience with Shopify platform required
- Experience in the retail, wholesale, CPG and/or fashion/apparel industry highly preferred
- Exceptional time management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Actively listens and participates within a team environment
