**Operations Lead, Warehouse**
Nidec Minster Corporation has an immediate opening for a second shift **Warehouse Operations Lead** whose primary function will be to manage the utilization of personnel and facilities within the warehouse Department.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Oversee 2nd and Weekend shift (bi-weekly/shared responsibility with 1st Operation Lead) operations for the West, South, and North Stock warehouses.
* Uphold safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery for West, South, and North Stock warehouses.
* Promote the development of high-performance teamwork.
* Drive the continuous improvement process within these areas.
* Maintain on-time delivery of production orders materials and expedited delivery of shortage components.
* Report against established metrics, driving to exceed operational standards.
* Execute daily inventory auditing requirements, approving and investigating variances.
* Oversee the execution of necessary administrative functions and enforcement of Company policies.
* Effectively communicate with all organizational levels within Nidec Minster and our customers and suppliers.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Prior leadership experience desirable.
* Good communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills).
* Must be able to multitask in an environment where priorities are fluid.
