We are passionate about transforming ideas into results as we constantly negotiate, organize and understand the ever-changing landscape of multichannel engagements.To help with this, we re looking for an outstanding Vice President, Director in Project Management . You ll help create 360 full funnel creative campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Our project work includes creative platforms, TV commercials, social and digital commerce videos, DCO, rebrands, and unique, never been done before experiences. As a Vice President, Director, you will not only help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work you ll also help supervise a team of project managers and oversee programs of work across a large client account supported by multiple agencies within Publicis Groupe. Read on.What you ll doAs a Vice President, Director on the Project Management Team, you will:Lead efforts across cross-disciplinary team to deliver the estimated business value of an approved programFacilitate, track and monitor programs, activities and roadmaps and scopeDefine and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching teams to do the same. Demonstrate ability to pivot and adapt process to ever changing business needsLead integrated account planning sessionsEnsure internal stakeholders are kept appraised of program statusParticipate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessaryContribute to capability model definition and managementDemonstrate strong written and oral presentation skillsDevelop and articulate compelling decks and lead trainingsManage multiple direct reports and set career and capability goals with themEnforce team compliance to high company standards and professionalismParticipate in team and cross-capability recruiting, interviewing and staffingAttend training seminars and continuing education as offeredDay-to-day, your role includes:Being responsible for the direction, oversight and outcome of a large account, program or processCollaborate with key agency stakeholders, including but not limited to Creative, Client Services/Account Team, Strategy, Media, Production, Data & Analytics, and Partner AgenciesPartner with project management department and resource management to accurately represent project and resource needs on a weekly basisEnsure team is partnering with creative lead(s) to communicate daily/weekly priorities and manage their calendars as it relates to project milestones and deadlinesPartner with creative leads to effectively shepherd the evolution of creative work, as needed and depending on altitude of workWork with project managers from partner agencies to build integrated project schedules that align on internal, partner and client reviewsProblem-solving program and project issues; assisting teams in resolution and successfully leading large teams to develop risk mitigation plansWorking with capability leads to understand business needs and helping identify and solving staffing-mix issues to meet business goalsWorking with clients to establish best practice processes that meet client business needsDemonstrating the ability to deliver constructive feedback while outlining and facilitating development plans where neededExperiencing something new every dayQualificationsWe re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:A four-year degree10-12 years of Program/Project Management of multichannel creative engagementsMastery of large-level projects and programsWorking knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Suite: ppt, xcl, Teams, Sharepoint)You are the right person if you:Demonstrate grit and extreme ownershipExude positivityAren t afraid to share your ideasMeet problems head-on and view them as opportunitiesAre self-reliant and motivatedCommunicate fearlesslyGot what it takes? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
