Our ideal candidate for the Real Estate Associate position is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. The candidate will have a compelling desire to support the Lead Agent in achieving team success, while being highly accountable and committed to growing their own skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is new to real estate or looking for a career change. We provide training, coaching, and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with and guide our clients through the entire home buying process
  • Contact and follow up with prospective home buyers via phone and email to generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline
  • Work with the Team Leader to nurture and convert leads provided by the team
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market that meets their needs and budget
  • Act as the intermediary in negotiations between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Schedule showings, show homes, attend inspections, and conduct open houses to meet potential buyers
  • Assist Team Leader with showings, inspections and open houses
  • Prepare contract documents such as purchase agreements, contingencies, addenda, and leases

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Active Real Estate License (or pursuing license)
  • Flexible schedule - able to schedule showings and open houses on weekends and evenings, sometimes with short notice
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and connect with clients over the phone and in person
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills


Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
