General Job Description -- Appian Developer:
* Working closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements and then quickly translating that information into technical solutions
* Building software applications for client projects
* Participating in requirements gathering and user story creation
* Providing solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation
* Working with your project team to implement, test, and document the functionality of applications
* Working with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early
General Job Description -- Appian Architect:
* Provide expert leadership and guidance on projects including enterprise application architecture, design review, technical mentorship, and industry specific knowledge
* Oversee and guide both problem analysis and technical solution implementation through final testing and knowledge transfer
* Utilize Appian's Best Practices and industry best practices to design and build of BPM applications that reduce overall project risk
* Design solution architectures based on end-user requirements and complete design reviews of project team deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices, maximize reuse, and minimize technical debt
* Create process-based applications using Business Process Management Suite, which bring efficiencies to human-centric business processes
* Supports design, development, and test activities
* Guide clients and team members on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
* Contribute to Agile best practices
* Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
* Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
* Provide thought leadership on process improvement
* Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

Minimum requirements for all positions:
- 3+ years Appian (ideally 4+ - must consider themselves Senior Level)
- Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship
- Experience working with recent versions of Appian (Appian version 2021 and more recent)
- If they are to pursue this role, this must be their only job
