Position Description
NetSEA Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air and Missile Defense Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems. You will work collaboratively with a team of engineers to ensure the successful implementation of these systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of air and missile defense concepts, as well as experience in system engineering and integration. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In addition, you should be a proactive and self-motivated individual, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Clearance Level
: Must possess a DoD SECRET or higher clearance.

: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Hours
: Normal business hours Monday - Friday (telework opportunities)
Travel:
up to 10%
Responsibilities
Conduct
system requirements analysis and develop system architecture designs.
Lead
and participate in system design, development, integration, and testing
activities.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure system interoperability and
performance.
Develop
and maintain system documentation, including design specifications and
test plans.
Identify
and resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to junior team
members.
Perform
system performance analysis and optimization.
Support
system verification and validation activities, including test execution
and data analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor s
degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum
of 10 years of experience in systems engineering of Air and Missile
Defense Command Systems.
Familiar
with other mission command systems.
Strong
knowledge of air and missile defense concepts, including radar systems,
interceptors, and command and control systems.
Proficiency
in system engineering processes and methodologies.
Experience
in system design and integration, including requirements management and
verification.
Familiarity
with modeling and simulation tools for system analysis and design.
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong
communication and teamwork abilities.
