About Your Next Opportunity
HTC is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video Content Creator to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging video content for YouTube and other social platforms. Your goal will be to attract and retain viewers by creating captivating and high-quality content.
To excel in this role, you will be expected to create a publishing schedule, research various topics, record and edit video content, and provide voice-over narration to enhance audience engagement and professionalism.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset are essential for this role. Prior experience as a content creator or in a similar position will be a significant advantage.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Content Creation: Produce compelling and informative videos that align with our brand identity and goals.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and feedback from viewers to cultivate a community of loyal followers.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to ensure content is aligned with company objectives.
- Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Brand Integration: Seamlessly incorporate our brand and messaging into content while maintaining an authentic and engaging style.
- Innovation: Continuously explore new formats, tools, and techniques to enhance content quality and audience experience.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
- Must have experience creating VR content.
- Experience crafting content that resonates with gamers and the tech community.
- Excellent command of the English language and strong interpersonal skills.
- Naturally present in front of the camera.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video-sharing sites, including their algorithms and best practices.
- Must have a strong social media following.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional marketing and problem-solving abilities.
- Must reside in California.
- To be considered for this position, you must make sure your portfolio, website, or other work samples are easily accessible.
Other Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to content strategies.
- Practical knowledge with the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut is a plus.
- A background in graphic design is advantageous.
Working Conditions
- Primary work location is indoors.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $70,483 $85,369 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
