The

Process Engineer

works with scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure that scrum teams follow a

standard process for ingesting, developing, testing, documenting, reporting, and deploying capabilities and enhancements. The successful candidate has a solid understanding of the SDLC with experience working with software development teams that follow Kanban, Agile scrum, SAFe, waterfall, or a combination of various methodologies.

ResponsibilitiesCreate, update SOPs that document the processes followed by the scrum teamsWork with stakeholders to analyze existing process, identify gaps or areas of improvement, and documents the process(es)Identify efficiencies in the end-to-end product delivery process and ensure the use of standard Agile-like processesWork with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements, create value and promote quality product deliveriesCollaborate with scrum teams, service relationship managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end enhancements life cycle is followed consistently across the teamDocument the roles and responsibilities for each of the scrum teams rolesWork closely with the Release Manager and Scrum Masters to maintain calendars for program increments and release eventsCoordinate internal technical meetings to develop improvements to remove or prevent technical inconsistencies, defects, and errorsAnalyze test results, produce status reports, and assist with the defect management process as neededEncourage collaboration across teams to improve the flow of value through value streamsSupport the Release Manager, engineering leadership, and other internal stakeholders with preparing briefings, deliverables, readiness gates, plans, schedules, and other documentation such as Knowledge Articles and user guides

Mandatory QualificationsHands-on experience with process and business/systems analysisExperience developing analysis of alternatives, process improvement documents, design documentation, and presentations to brief results and recommendationsExperience working with multiple teams coordinating various integration projects and developing the appropriate plans and schedulesDemonstrated initiative and ability to start, develop, and complete short and long-term projectsDemonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in the review, analysis, design, and recommendations for implementation of project improvementsFamiliarity with Agile frameworksHands-on experience documenting process(s), identifying gaps, and recommending improvementsHands-on experience creating plans and projects schedules (i.e. MS Project)Experience writing process documentation that includes process diagrams

Desired Qualifications (Nice to have)2 or more years experience with ServiceNowCertified in an Agile framework such as SAFe AgileITIL v4 FoundationsExperience performing Agile development with Waterfall deliveries
