Product Support Specialist


Job Details

I have a Product Support Specialist position fully onsite in Clearwater FL that is a 6-month contract to hire.

The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing high-level customer service to both external and internal customers. Specialists provide customers with in-depth knowledge of company products and promotions. This role is part of an effective and collaborative team in order to process customer orders or returns according to the established company policies and procedures. The CS Specialist will also assist inbound callers to either route them to the correct extension or assist with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Provide out-of-office coverage with CS team for Sales Staff.
  • Exceed customer service expectations with timely and accurate responses to requests.
  • Assist any CS team member with workload overflow.
  • Invoice processed return authorizations per established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Services department to resolve customer service-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide the highest quality customer service.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, whether on the phone, in person, or via e-mail.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and work effectively towards deadlines.
  • Collaborative and team-focused

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 3+ years of customer service-related experience
  • Experience in installing vehicle audio, video or safety related products is preferred but not required.
