Seeking a strong Account Manager with Girls Wholesale Apparel experience in LA!
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for account partnershipsManage and elevate current account partnershipsIdentify and create new partnership opportunities that align with brand expectationsStrategically and creatively source new partnership opportunities through cold calling, emailing, etc.Leverage existing relationships and contacts with buyers in the kids/girls fashion retailers(Kohl's, Walmart, Dillard's, Macy's, Target) to drive businessCreate specific quarterly and annual sales plans and goalsEnsure sales and productivity goals are met YOYIdentify revenue opportunities to maximize YOY growth in each accountMonitor sales performance for each account; dollars purchased, account sell through, etc.Devise new and innovative ways to market products and drive growthAnalyze monthly selling goals and reports to understand and drive businessAttend Trade Shows and Showroom appointmentsQualifications
Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within GIRLS apparel(sizes 2T, 4-6X and 7-16)Must have relevant and CURRENT wholesale experienceDetailed knowledge of kids/girls fashion spaceKnowledge of competitive products and marketsPossesses familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPossesses strong persuasive abilitiesPossesses clear and effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProfessional but confident and outgoing demeanorSelf-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountabilityAbility to multitask, and execute and accomplish goals
