Job Family SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting Travel Required Up to 25% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do Guidehouse Product Managers are highly skilled and experienced with Federal Acquisition and Appian Certified. Our Product Managers overseeing the development and maintenance of our Appian-based solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our federal clients and comply with all applicable regulations and standards. The Product Manager plays significant role in client delivery, proposal support, new business opportunity identification, knowledge management, and materially influence the successful outcome of specific objectives of the Guidehouse Appian practice growth.

Work closely with clients to identify, prioritize, and document business requirements for Appian-based solutionsOversee the development of Appian applications, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are delivered on time and within budgetCollaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed, developed, and tested to meet client needs and comply with all applicable regulations and standardsManage the Appian development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activitiesMaintain a strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and standards, including FAR, DFARS, and other applicable policies and guidelinesProvide guidance and support to development teams to ensure that they are following best practices and using Appian development tools and techniques effectivelyMaintain Appian certifications and stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features, capabilities, and best practicesMaintain Appian applications and ensure they remain up-to-date and compliant with industry standardsProvide training and support to end-users on Appian applicationsDevelop new concepts and methodologies to improve people, procedures, and information technology solutionsContribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.Participate in practice development and continuously look to improve the delivery model and implementation processContribute to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new acceleratorsFollow and understand new Appian product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide expert-level assistance, coaching and mentoring to junior staffWhat You Will Need

Active Appian certifications and ability to achieve additional relevant certifications upon hireUS Citizenship or Ability to get public trust clearance is contractually requiredMinimum 5 years of professional experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.At least 4 years of experience in Appian developmentStrong knowledge of Appian platform, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and RulesStrong understanding of Appian development best practicesProject management experience in a technology or consulting setting in an agile development environmentProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems, incorporating best practicesAbility to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situationsExceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiationExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, relationship focus, and strong technical and business acumenDetail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologiesStrong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligenceCompensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and location.This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week..What Would Be Nice To Have
