Schedule: varied hours, available to work every other weekend and holidays
**Responsibilities**
* Assists in preparing meals as required by the recipe and production sheets. Informs supervisor of any adjustments that need to be made and documents these adjustments on the production sheets.
* Prepares desserts, diet desserts, salads, cold plates, fruit plates, etc.
* Prepares signature items on the grill and saute stations. Plates up food during a la cart service. Runs food to buffet stations as needed or directed.
* Ensures that all hot food temperatures are at least 165 degrees for entrees, starches and vegetables. Monitors leftovers including properly storing/utilizing them and consistently documents the amount of leftovers.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* ServeSafe Food Safety Certification
