Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Omaha, NE specifically the Eppley Airfield expansion and renovation project. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, project management, and construction management. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Project Management skills
• Experience in budgeting and construction management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional) are a plus
