Centurion is hiring for a Program Manager with a background as an EDiscovery professional with an active TS/SCI clearance interested in expanding their career in support of a federal program. In this role, you will gain many skills, such as critical thinking and problem solving, the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner, solve complex problems, manage a talented eDiscovery technical team.

Primary Responsibilities:Represent the contractor and team before the Government COR and Case TeamsContractor manager with primary responsibility for all support provided under the contractProvide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contractNotifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changesMentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasksManage client expectations and deliverablesInitiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholdersOversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and proceduresReview system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backupsReview and report technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope projectOversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architectureCollaboratively work with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverablesProvide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future tasksResponsible for the overall contract performance and quality assuranceProvide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of the Contractor personnelBasic QualificationsMust hold and maintain either TS-SSBI clearance or TS/SCI clearanceBachelors Degree and at least eight years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects or Masters /Law Degree and at least 6 years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on litigation projectsDemonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activitiesExpert knowledge of litigation supportDemonstrated writing, oral communication, and management skills in a contract management environmentAble to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing themFamiliarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources requiredExpert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware and document review platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience coordinating project technical requirements with technical staff and non-technical stakeholdersLaw degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferredPosition Details:Clearance: Current and Active Top Secret Clearance SCIUS Citizenship is requiredTravel:#J-18808-Ljbffr
