Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, proactively educating them on account services, capabilities, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings, contributing to effective communication and informed decision-making.
  • Meticulously collecting and verifying documentation for efficient account setup and service delivery.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Desire to work with Clients to prepare a financial plan
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
