Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, proactively educating them on account services, capabilities, and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings, contributing to effective communication and informed decision-making.
- Meticulously collecting and verifying documentation for efficient account setup and service delivery.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service, ideally within the finance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Desire to work with Clients to prepare a financial plan
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
