POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative is a key member of the team and will meet with customers, assess their needs for new floor-covering and provide solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of carpet and flooring products. This role requires the ability to present, promote, and sell products / services to prospective customers while delivering a great customer experience in alignment with organizational goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Evaluate the customer s needs and present floor covering solutions with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude as needed
- Accurately build customer estimates promptly
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Availability to work weekends
- Coordinates with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery experience
- Manage an organized work area in a neat, clean, and organized manner
- Maintain professional relationships with owner, builders, and worksite team members
- Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience with Quickbooks (Preferred)
- Experience with Hubspot CRM (Helpful)
- Valid driver's license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods were sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Requires ability to lift up to 25lbs occasionally
- Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
