Volt is immediately hiring Picker Packers in Oxnard!!

As a Picker Packer you will:
- Inspecting produce for quality but not limited to size,, color, ripeness and overall freshness
- Understand the various customers and the specifications in quality that
each customer requires - Understand the various proper packing procedures including but not
limited to box types and bag configurations - Determine fruit and bag quality and sort according to company and
customer quality standards - Utilize any supporting packing materials for all product types
- Ensure working area is always clean and ready according to company
standards
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate is $16/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Able to work in a cold room environment
- Read and communicate in English or Spanish
