**Job purpose**
BorgWarner is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Customer Service Representative in our Aftermarket Business Unit in Auburn Hills, MI.
Seeking an energetic/enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem solving Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills
**Key responsibilities**
**Major Job Responsibilities**
* Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
* Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.
* Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.
* Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.
* Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.
* Answer Phones
* Maintain complete customer profiles, including work & process instructions.
* Maintain customer scorecards for continuous improvement
* Operational Efficiency Projects
