**Description**

**Essential Functions**

* Process inbound and outbound shipments; alert and coordinate trucking pickups and

deliveries to commissary & Stores; prepare accurate invoices.

* Direct, train, Coach, and monitor the performance of the logistic team (Drivers, etc)

and all employees that work under the logistics manager.

* Customer service: field general inquiries and product questions; provide the status of orders;

resolve customer issues via email or phone, and maintain strong relationships with

external and internal customers.

* Communicate with internal team and commissary staff to advise of any delays,

extensions or changes to incoming and outbound shipment issues.

* Order, Receive, track and update inventory reports on a weekly basis. Conduct physical

count of products and perform weekly inventorys to checks and confirm the accuracy of

information.

* Transportation, Training of all drivers in their essential job function. Performing routing

inspections of the vehicles for mechanical problems and cleanliness

* **Responsible for the safety of all drivers by providing clear and expectations and true**

**assessment of the people and ability to perform their job**

* Manage the sanitation scheduling and completion of all sanitation teams located in the

commissary. Ensuring the commissary is in compliance with all health codes as it relates

to fixtures and equipment.

**Require Skill-Set**

* 3+ years of logistics experience in a commercial multi-unit baking facility or warehouse

setting.

* Strong analytical skills, organized, attention to detail, and accuracy.

* Understanding and proficiency of Crunch time.

* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, bilingual is preferred

* Positive, focused, and self-motivated, and willing to adapt quickly to changing policies

and procedures.

**Requirements**

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the

ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative

and/or quantitative productivity standards.

* Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move varying case sizes up to 50lb as well as

loading and unloading shipments

* Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

* Clear and valid drivers license and record
