is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for an opportunity that will support Navy Military payroll activities for the MyNavy HR Transformation.

Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements.
Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices.
Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.
Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements.
Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.
What You ll Get to Do:You will provide support for
Payroll Operations (PAYOPS)
functional
transition
to the
MyNavyHR technology solution implementation to include performing payroll validation and end user testing, training sessions and all transition functions. After Initial Operational Capability (IOC) you will perform analysis on potential improvements of PAYOPS functions.
Develop Business Operating Model and Process Cycle Memorandum(s); business operational metric reporting; and perform data validation/cleansing/migration.You ll Bring These Qualifications :Requires Bachelor s Degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology and 8 years of experience in Navy personnel and pay functions.Requires active SECRET Clearance.
