Our client, an extremely well know, prestigious Non-Profit is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to joint the team. Great culture with a family oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to work on the full cycle processes associated with accounts payable function (check, ACH, & wires)
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Creating and posting journal entries into the general ledger
- AP reconciliations
- Processing expense reports
- ACH and wire transfer processing
- Conducting check runs and cutting checks
- Reviewing and preparing 1099's
Requirements: - A Min of 1+ years of Full Cycle Accounts payable and expense reporting experience
Highly preferred : - Dynamics NAV preferred)
- Knowledge of Concur expense and Vendor management system strongly preferred
