Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our big tech clients in Seattle, WA. This position is a 9-month contract with potential for extension for the right candidate. Apply today for immediate consideration.
Job Title: Executive Assistant II
Pay: $32.00-$34.00/hour (based upon experience)
Duration: 9-Months (with strong potential to extend)
Schedule: Monday Friday // 40hrs/week
Location: HYBRID - SEATTLE, WA
Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy calendaring
- Experience in travel and expense management; Concur experience is preferred
- Have impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ years experience in EA role(s) with C-Suite executives
- Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook tools, Concur
- Complex Calendaring experience using Outlook
