It's a role that requires Sales leaders that are still motivated to be in the field, identifying new distribution partners, cultivating customer relationships and committing time to developing your team.
Desired Experience
- Proven history leading high performing sales regions for medical technologies.
- Prior experience selling Bone Growth Stimulation or Rehabilitation technologies is highly desirable.
- Prior history managing direct teams or distributor sales channels.
- A track record achieving consistent sales growth.
This role will oversee a multi-state geography, meaning travel requirements will be 60%+.
Experienced sales representatives with a history selling Bone Growth Stimulators will be considered for this role.
