As a senior program manager, you will lead customer engagements focused on operationalizing innovation in the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior government leaders and helping them change the way they operate to be more agile and innovative and better equipped to adopt emerging technologies. It's fast paced and exciting!Salary range: $110,000- $135,000 plus bi-annual bonusesSecurity clearance eligibility required.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer SuccessBecome a trusted advisor and partner for Dcode s government customers as they work to bring innovative, agile, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into their missionsEstablish clear client retention goals and milestones, consistently checking in on progress toward goalsAnticipate customer needs and proactively craft solutionsProvide creative, novel perspectives and approaches to how the government operates in the areas of policy, acquisitions, finance, culture, and processes, in order to drive innovation and agility inside their missionsEnsure we deliver exceptional quality and superior value-add work to our customers on time and above expectationsDeliver workshops, write assessments and reports, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help customers solve their toughest problemsProactively collect feedback from the customer, review customer concerns and improve the customer experienceContract ManagementReview and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure Dcode is compliant with customer contracts at all timesContinuously monitor risks and propose solutions for fast resolutionImplement strong communication plans with customers related to contract status, risks, issues, opportunities, etc.Monitor contract spending, deliverables, and burn rates; work closely with leadership and operations to ensure timely invoicing and contracting actionsManage resourcing to ensure target profitability is metMonitor customer needs and have a keen eye to opportunities for account expansionQualificationsKEY SKILLSYou ll learn something new every day in this role.
