**Shift: Will either be Saturday to Wednesday, or Sunday to Thursday schedule depending on company need**

**Stage 3 Motorsports** is looking for its next aftermarket automotive-parts specialist as a *Customer Service Representative* !

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing high quality customer service to our external customers via providing information in response to inquiries about products, pricing, and other product related questions. They also manage and resolve customer general questions and problems, complaints, or concerns, as well as process orders received from customers through phone, email, internet and fax. Finally, they also work with other departments to resolve customers questions or issues, and work with business partners to determine product availability, shipping pricing, problems, and tracking.

**Where youll spend your time:**

* Provides customers with answers to their aftermarket part inquiries

* Follows up with part manufacturers and warehouse distributors for parts availability and/or estimated ship dates

* Informs customer of expected ship date and processes all customer replies into order notes and calendar for follow up

* Processes requests for cancellation and submits refund requests

* Re-directs orders for alternate part searches to Sales

* Enters accurate order notes that communicate actions and results

* Demonstrates good judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with customers, both external and internal

* Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

**You have/possess:**

* 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a call center environment taking incoming calls over the phone preferred

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Working mechanical knowledge of off-road vehicle/performance cars a plus; intermediate to advanced mechanical knowledge preferred

* Beginning to intermediate proficiency using MS office suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Your work environment:**
