For the full-scale global digital sports platform, we re looking to hire an Excel VBA developer to design, develop, and refine complex Excel models using advanced VBA techniques and support financial forecasting and analysis.
Tasks & Deliverables:
- Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial models and automated reports
- Manage and optimize financial databases with a focus on data integrity and security, utilizing SQL and MySQL
- Implement and maintain triggers and stored procedures in MySQL for automated data processing and analysis
- Serve as a technical expert, providing support and training in VBA, SQL, and MySQL to finance team members
Required Experience:
- Advanced skills in VBA and Excel
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL, with a strong understanding of triggers, stored procedures, and event scheduling
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting, preferably with Power BI
Engagement highlights:
- Fully remote role
- Full-time commitment (40 hours per week) is required with 6+ hours overlapping with EST
- The project is expected to last 6-12 months
