LHH Technology has partnered with an amazing non-profit organization who s mission centers around creating positive change within the community. They are seeking an Systems Administrator who will be responsible for help desk operations, supporting IT systems infrastructure, and resolving hardware/software issues.
Experience & Requirements:
- Associate Degree or 4-5 years' experience in Windows desktop support and network administration.
- 4+ years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator.
- Advanced administration of virtualized environments, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office365.
- Experience using PowerShell for systems management.
- Active Directory, MS Office support, Microsoft SharePoint, hardware setup, Windows Server admin, VPN configuration, phone system support.
- A+ Certificate preferred & Microsoft Certifications
- Experience with Cisco equipment, remote support, and managing VPN connections.
Responsibilities:
- Help desk support for hardware/software issues.
- Setup/installation of computers for new users.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts/groups.
- Maintain networking equipment.
- Configure/troubleshoot VPN and remote connections.
- Phone system support.
- Collaborate with outside IT support/vendors.
- Routine system configuration/maintenance.
- Document IT procedures/configurations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
- Set up and maintain backups for Windows Servers, SQL Servers, and applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, services, directories, storage.
- Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployments.
- Script software installation for centralized deployment.
- Apply OS patches, upgrades, configure new services.
- Monitor software licensing and maintenance agreements.
- Provide second-tier technical support.
- Develop and maintain procedures, processes, knowledge base documents.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Participate in project teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows server platforms.
- Familiarity with SCCM, backup/recovery solutions.
- Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Strong organizational/problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication/collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA Network +
- CompTIA A+
- CCNA

Salary:
$60,000-$80,000
