Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Fairfax, VA Up to $315,000 inc. benefits
Position: Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Fairfax, VA
Base Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 (Open to different experience levels)
Benefits: Additional benefits paid (401k + IBA) equal to 50% of base salary. 8 weeks PTO.
Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
This corporation sits within a multi-billion-dollar organization operating on a global scale, employing 100,000+ people worldwide. They are a leading provider to the Intelligence and Defense communities within the US, servicing their clients through some of the most exciting contracts out there, which have been in place for 30+ years and counting.
They are well-established and regularly undergo continuous growth, hence their need for the full-time addition of an Infrastructure Engineer to be based at their Fairfax, VA HQ.
You will work on a large Linux enterprise system maintaining, upgrading, and providing support for operating systems and infrastructure. You will have experience in traditional bare metal and VM, looking to move more towards Cloud environments. There will be a small element of Windows system support, however they are ultimately looking for someone very clued up on Linux.
