Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Perform reactive and preventive work on fitness and facilities equipment.
  • Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to receive, create, monitor, and complete work orders, run reports, and maintain deadlines.
  • Work both in a stationary maintenance environment and a service team environment.
  • Communicate with the facilities team and across departments daily to manage and balance our customer-facing systems.
  • Review and approve work completed by contractors.
  • Perform and document routine inspections
  • Use and understanding of Building Management systems (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS).
  • Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Attend meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Review, maintain, and update contractor pricing and work within budget guidelines.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade (Required)
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC and Lighting systems (Required)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
  • Communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between properties if needed with little or no prior notice
