Law firm is seeking an Entertainment Paralegal to join their Los Angeles office. This is a remote position but candidates must be based in California to come into the office as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Draft talent and employment agreements, development agreements and various production forms and documents
- Review and negotiate location agreements, appearance releases and similar production-related agreements
- Providing substantive legal support across a variety of programs
- Reviewing existing agreements to analyze rights and restrictions
- Primary point of contact for various production company clients
Qualifications:
- Experience at a television studio, production company, network or entertainment law firm required
- At least 8-10 years of high level entertainment executive experience required
