Job Description

Assemble informational materials or packets as requested
Assist with generation of reports, including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available information
Responsible for processing supportive services including reviewing supportive services forms, contacting client to verify address (if needed), order items and verify receipt
Enter comments in project specific system(s) for supportive services in accordance with State requirements
Assist with ordering office supplies
Maintain inventory supply list and ensure office supplies are fully stocked
Keep organized records of all orders to be sent to Manager and/or Accounting on a monthly basis
Distribute, track and reconcile transportation (bus passes & gas cards)
Distribute, track and reconcile debit cards (internet and cell phone)
Obtain client signatures
Responsible for all documents to be uploaded into electronic case file system
Maintain Shared Drive for the Project
Perform general office clerk duties
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills

Be able to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs

Able to multi-task, work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and able to work in many different programs including client database, excel, word and power point
