About YOU: We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Office Manager to join our firm. You should have a passion for building and managing an environment that fosters a positive and profitable culture. You should have some experience in HR and office management. Personal Injury experience is also a HUGE plus!


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conduct employee new hire orientation, introductions, and tours.
  • Work with IT and Training to ensure all new hires have computer workstations, all software installed, and are set up in our time clock system.
  • Assist with HR projects as required by the HR Director to ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed at location and developed continuously to meet overall business requirements.
  • Coordinating performance reviews and initiating the review process for the office to ensure it is completed as scheduled.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to support their administrative needs and enhance productivity.
  • With direction from Human Resources, assist with completing personnel action forms for submittal of raises, title changes, promotions, and transfers across all firm systems.
  • Be the point person for all 1st report of injuries, Human Resources and OSHA log postings.
  • Supervise, set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings as required.
  • With direction from Human Resources, assist/execute disciplinary action where needed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Providing quarterly bonus information to Payroll.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Assist the location Partner with all office management responsibilities including managing the front desk employees, facilitating communication with all other departments within the firm, monitoring timecards, and all other office management needs.
  • Assist in budget management for the legal department.
  • Assist Managing Attorney/ Location Partner with other requests as needed.


Requirements:

  • 1 Year of Employee Relations/ HR experience.
  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience using HRIS (preferred).
  • Personal Injury experience (preferred).


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
