Location: Sioux City, Iowa

Reports to: Territory Manager

Compensation: $120K - $140K+

Travel: 70%+

Requirements & Responsibilities of the District Manager:

7+ years of heavy industrial experience, preferably in a field service, consulting, or construction trade environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong mechanical aptitude. Engineering background, preferred.
Customer focused, honest, transparent, autonomous, and accountable.
Strong problem-solving, strategy, and sales abilities.
Exceptional ambition and organizational skills.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Run a stand-alone division of the business encompassing sales, operations, and other business functions for multiple states.
Build, mentor, and supervise your team in the development of the district.
Quote, plan, and execute projects within equipment installation, mechanical maintenance, rework, and retrofit.
