**Parts Order Desk Associate**

Hydromat's Parts Order Desk associate's purpose is to assist our customers with their part order placement needs through formulating various quotes and proposals for spare parts and tooling per customers specs. Orders are received in multiple different processes dependent upon the customer's preferred method (fax, telephone, email). The orders taken range from simple to complex scenarios which require research. Once the order is received, this position ensures all the necessary items are in order for on time delivery!
QUALIFICATIONS
This professional must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in an environment with a high volume of calls. This position requires some mechanical background or similar demonstrated competence to read and comprehend mechanical drawings. This professional must be self-motivated, project driven, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This individual is required to train during nonpeak business hours and/or Saturdays; flexibility with scheduling is mandatory. An Associates degree or equivalent industry experience (4 years) is preferred. Strong experience ERP software utilization is helpful, Epicor is preferred.
