**Overview**: All employees, with exception of specific Administrative employees, who work in the Distribution Department, can be assigned during any given shift, or partial shift, to any area within the Distribution Department. All employees within the Distribution Department are cross-trained, or in the process of being trained, to cross-over all job duties and responsibilities within these departments, with a few rare exceptions.
