Great opportunity available for a Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain (plastics) for a fast growing, multi-billion dollar plastics products company. This position will be responsible for all purchasing, supply chain & logistics. This position offers an Executive Level base salary, comprehensive benefits & opportunities for advancement.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or similar type of degree.
- Seven plus years of experience as a Materials or Operations Leader in manufacturing set-up: Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Fully Cycle Planning, Operational Performance.
- Advanced level of demand trends, forecasting, labor planning, inventory usage, etc.
- Experience with plastic resins purchasing and/or recycled plastics resins is a must.
- Injection Molding, Extrusion, or Blow Molding experience would be a plus.
